Jay Jennings is a seasoned real estate association executive and professional development leader with extensive experience in REALTOR® education, MLS operations, and association management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®, he has held senior leadership roles including Interim CEO and Director of Professional Development for Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS®.

Throughout his career, Jay has led large-scale educational initiatives, developed continuing education programs for thousands of REALTORS®, implemented innovative MLS technologies, and served in numerous state and national leadership positions, including Co-Chair of the 2023 NAR Local Education Director Committee. His professional accomplishments include earning the prestigious RCE (REALTOR® Association Certified Executive) designation, Certified MLS Executive (CMLX2), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and multiple national certifications in leadership, diversity, professional standards, and MLS operations.

Jay is also an approved real estate instructor, RPR Certified Trainer, and recognized advocate for advancing REALTOR® education, technology adoption, and organizational excellence within the real estate industry.
